The apartment has a double bed (L:160cm) and a sofa bed (L:140cm). In addition, it is possible to sleep on a couch and an air mattress (+ a travel cot for children). Kauniilla ja viihtyisällä huoneistolla on huikea sijainti Hämeenpuistossa Työväenteatteria vastapäätä. Vain kiven heiton päässä Laukontorita ja keskustasta. Asunto on raikkaasti pintaremontoitu ja 6. kerroksesta on vehreä näkymä Hämeenpuistoon. Suljettuina ikkunat pitävät hyvin kadun äänet loitolla. Talossa pieni hissi. Asunnossa on moottoroitu parisänky ja vuodesohva (n.120cm), iso televisio, netti, pimennysverhot, tuuletin sekä viilennyslaite. Valoisa hyvin varusteltu keittiö.
