This was perfect for our stay. Located in one of the more beautiful streets of Tamworth, we were very happy with the space, especially the lovely bathroom. The king sized bed was so comfortable, and there was a selection of snacks and breakfast items which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

The accommodation was amazing. Modern and well appointed. The owners even stocked us up with fresh fruit, a cake and the pantry had more than we could have asked for in essentials. A great place for us to base ourselves when we were visiting family. We will definitely stay again.

We are returning guests! Chelmsford Cottage is perfect for our family of 8 adults: we enjoy the spaces both inside and outside the house as well as the quiet location. The 2 bathrooms are spacious and easy to use. The kitchen is kitted out for the functionality of home catering for a large family!

Kate’s home is a spacious, beautiful and charming place, just as described in the ad. It has all the luxury of staying at a hotel, with all the perks of being in a fully functional home. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. The beds were comfortable with high quality linens. There were plenty of towels and toilet rolls provided for our 9-people over 4 nights stay. Kate was very responsive and helpful when we messaged with questions. We would definitely stay here again.
