On the entrance level there are built-in speakers in the ceiling that are controlled via Sonos. There is also a loft with two single beds, sofa and TV. Downstairs consists of 3 bedrooms of which bedroom 1 is with walk-in closet and double bed, bedroom 2 has two single beds and private exit to the terrace and bedroom 3 with a family bed for space for three. Downstairs there is also laundry room with washer and dryer and a tiled bathroom with shower. Here you will also find a large TV room with sofa and big screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. We live in the house ourselves. It's even check in with a key box We are not always present during their stay! Kitchen has a small bar table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast. Otherwise, there are tables and chairs to enjoy their meals outside.
