The Lake Balaton holiday home was built in the 1930s and rests in the embrace of a huge green garden. The house has undergone a complete renovation in recent years, but the almost hundred-year-old ship floor, the flowery cement slab, the old cassette windows or the chandeliers have remained, which evoke the contemporary bourgeois atmosphere. The house is located on Sziget Street, close to the shore, but the railway is further away, so it does not disturb the rest. The beach is a few minutes' walk along a coastal path.

Villa Tília is located in a quiet, family part of Balatongyörök. The shore of Lake Balaton is 100 meters away. Special plants are in the garden, garden furniture awaits guests on the terraces, and a six-person jacuzzi is available. The house has its own parking spaces. Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!

As part of these construction measures, a luxurious guest apartment on approx. 150m² was built in the former attic. Since 2013, the old part of the villa can also be rented.
