The Lake Balaton holiday home was built in the 1930s and rests in the embrace of a huge green garden. The house has undergone a complete renovation in recent years, but the almost hundred-year-old ship floor, the flowery cement slab, the old cassette windows or the chandeliers have remained, which evoke the contemporary bourgeois atmosphere. The house is located on Sziget Street, close to the shore, but the railway is further away, so it does not disturb the rest. The beach is a few minutes' walk along a coastal path.

In the middle of the vineyards on the northern shore of Lake Balaton lies the Tabódy Villa, built in the middle of the 19th century, high above Lake Balaton. The property was renovated in 2011. As part of these construction measures, a luxurious guest apartment on approx. 150m² was built in the former attic. Since 2013, the old part of the villa can also be rented.
