Une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine toute équipée, grande table à manger et coin salon vous offrira de délicieux moments de partage. Vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse avec son salon de jardin et son barbecue. Lac privatif pour la pêche ou moments de détente. La piscine, commune avec nous propriétaires.

A 5' du centre-ville d’Albi, cité épiscopale (patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO). Au grand calme, petite maison de charme (40m²) , sur terrain arboré de 900 m² clos. Dispose d'une grande terrasse (30 m²) abritée, avec barbecue, plaque de cuisson et grande plancha. Accès direct à la rivière, idéal pour la pêche. Barque motorisée (2.5 cv) disponible sur demande à la réservation. Animaux de compagnie acceptés. Juin, Juillet et Août les réservations sont d'une semaine minimum du samedi au samedi.

The studio is located in the Chateau Salamon, which overlooks the Tarn river (or Lake of Lacroux) and benefits from an exceptional view. The omnipresent nature invites calm and relaxation. It has a private beach with pontoon and a "Jeu de boules" playground. Many activities: walks and hikes from the castle, canoes (included in the rental), fishing (with or without a fishing license), cultural visits, etc. Great attention has been paid to the pleasure, relaxation and aesthetics of the place.

Au bord de la rivière à 10 min d'Albi

Le Gîte Caïman, de 80 m2, est un gîte indépendant dans une dépendance de la Villa Crocodile. Il peut accueillir 5 personnes. Bénéficiant de tout le confort moderne, il est décoré de meubles anciens et offre une vue panoramique sur la rivière. Il offre une terrasse confortable et un accès au jardin le long de la rivière. La piscine du propriétaire est accessible de 14h à 18h. Compte tenu de sa proximité avec la rivière il n'est pas recommandé pour les enfants ne sachant pas nager.
