A small family cottage a few metres above the Žermanická Dam, on private land, offers peace and quiet, plenty of activities and a beautiful setting. The cottage is heated by a wood stove. It has a smaller boiler that runs non-stop, so it requires careful water management. We apologize to guests for the difficult water access conditions associated with the construction of the bike path. We had no idea about its construction. In the future, however, it will be great to use for skating, walking, and biking

Nearby numerous attractions - Enerylandia and Dinozatorland (10 km), Inwałd Park (miniature park, amusement park, dinopark, etc.). 10 km to Wadowice, 45 km to Krakow. In the garden there is a mini playground for children (swings, climbing wall, playhouse, sandpit). Close to the forest and nature. There are also bicycles and toys in the house that we make available to guests. There is a barbecue on the terrace.

Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. No TV, fast internet.

We are located in a beautiful setting by the Orava River under the rock taken by the Red Rock. You won't be bored during your vacation!
