Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

A spacious bedroom features a queen bed adorned with a floral-patterned quilt and decorative pillows. Modern bedside lamps are positioned on either side, and natural light enters through a window, complemented by white blinds. A small framed piece of art adds a touch of decor.

Perfect base for Rotorua & Hobbiton.

Our newly refurbished self-contained guest suite has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing break. The deck is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun! When our adult children flew the nest, we were left rattling around in a big house! We decided to convert the space for guests ....and "The Hylton" was born!
