The accommodation is equipped with all the comforts: impeccable cleanliness, perfect temperature, comfortable beds, bathroom and kitchen provided. The windows overlook the beautiful garden shared with the owners of the farm. Near the farm there is a convenience store and the village of Ijevan is just 8 minutes by taxi (very cheap, a trip costs 500 dram) and here you can find bars, banks, supermarkets. But what made the trip special was Nver's family, dad Mikayel, mom Marine, and brother Yura are wonderful people who welcomed me like a daughter and sister. We shared authentic and unforgettable moments, breakfasts together, walks, traditional dinners, chess games, and long chats. Getting to know them was a gift, more beautiful than I could hope for. I wish and recommend to everyone that they can have an experience like mine on this farm. Thank you so much, I love you. See you soon! P.s. Mikayel you're a champion❤️

An absolutely magical stay! The cabin is nestled in the forest near the mountains, offering breathtaking views and a deep sense of peace. I especially loved spending time with the friendly dogs—they quickly became my companions and made the experience even more special. Thank you to the wonderful host for creating such a serene and welcoming space. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts are very responsible and well-organized, which made everything smooth from the beginning. The house is beautifully arranged, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Every detail felt logically placed and well-planned. The view is also lovely—overall, a perfect spot for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Thanks a lot, we've been at this villa for a family reunion with people coming from 4 different countries. This calm and distant place surrounded with amazing mountains and caves was exactly what we needed to spend maximum time together. Hiking is just great. Lots of cutlery and dishes to cook delicious food to each other. A very nice big pool where kids spent half of the time, lots of recreation space, a huge garden with grapes and kiwi(!) growing there. The host was sooo helpful at any time of the day!

Very private location with a large garden, shed with grilling supplies, patio with dining table and chairs for cosy meals outside. The house has 3 levels with bathroom/shower on every level. Beautiful views from the 2nd and 3rd floor. It’s located on the hill, about 15 min walk to town but much harder walking back up the hill. With the car only 5 minutes to restaurants and groceries, we never had problems finding street parking in town. Streets on the hill are narrow but almost no traffic. If you are looking for a peaceful beautiful location, a little off the main road with good wifi it’s highly recommended. Enough space and privacy for a large family.

Beautiful big house with a wonderful interior. Everything is as in the photo. Very clean. Huge bathroom, gorgeous library. Great view of the mountains from the terrace. Projector with a good picture. You can go hiking right from the house. There is a place where you can make a fire. There are a couple of small shops nearby. Overall, I recommend it.

Good apartment on the first floor of the house (with a separate entrance), very close to the city center, a lot of local restaurants in a walking distance. Well furnished kitchen, the entire apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Host was very kind and responsive.

Our stay at Anushavans place was a blessing after a long trip. We found his place very clean and peaceful. He was very responsive and friendly. We had the whole house to ourselves and was spacious enough for 7 adults.

Excellent place and excellent communication with the hosts! The house was super for 4 persons, very clean and nicely decorated! Plenty of space and as it was snowing during our days there, that made our stay very special! Overall a great experience!
