Excellent location with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Lan is friendly and helpful host. I would highly recommend this place. The building name is Masteri Waterfront Building M2 for easy access on grab.

The place is very trustful and the studio has all facilities to spend short and mid term stays. The host is very nice and helpful and make everything to make sure you are comfortable and independent. There is also a garage and possibility to rent motorbikes

That's the best. The view of Dicepital is much cooler here than on the river side. In addition, they checked in early and accepted it. It was great.!! I'll come back next time!

Our stay at this Airbnb was beyond our expectations. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions I had before, during, and after our stay. The space was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit during our trip. Tuan's place is the perfect spot for groups or families who want to explore hanoi. The place is a little off the main road which makes it a peaceful retreat after a whole day of fun. Everything, from food to shopping to convenience stores, is just around the corner. We especially liked having a bahn mi store just outside! The house has everything you need and more. The rooms are nice and clean and all the ACs and heaters are working. The wifi is fast so the kids really enjoyed the smart tv (and fridge!) in every room. The stairs may pose a challenge to older people with large luggage especially in the higher floors. Lastly, Tuan is the most accomodating and responsive host. When you enter the house, he has already prepared food guides and places to visit for his guests and we really appreciate that. He also made transactions easier (transport, tours) so we had a very comfortable and convenient stay in hanoi. Don't think twice about staying here. Highly recommended!

The house is clean, large, the garden with many flowers is very open to sit outdoors. Close to silkpark & bike available so cycling would love to. Enthusiastic and Supportive host. Will recommend friends to come here.

Great small apartment in a quiet area of Hanoi. Big lake outside and lots of great coffee shops and places to eat nearby. A much nicer place to stay then then the crowed old quarter. Apartment was clean and communication with the host was clear and easy. I'd stay again.

Really nice area to live in. Appartment / block are moderns and well maintained. The view from balcony is breathtaking, especially at night. Just Outside you will find marts, a few ok restaurants/coffee shops / laundry / gyms. Nothing exciting neither. Further you will find your usual VN street vendors and less gentrified areas. Overall good flat, good location.

I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.

It's expensive to pick up the accommodation, but it's comfortable (not much difference) It's a Vietnamese Airbnb, so I was scared, but it's the same as the picture! The downside is that people are resting in the entrance aisle, but they smoke and there are motorcycles coming. On the first floor, you can take the key out of the keybox and go up, and you need to have a key to get rid of it. Find a spare card key, plug it in, turn on the air conditioner, and go out. It's hot. There is a house in the hallway, so it is close to other houses, and it is double locked with an iron door, but I can hear the sound of the iron door shaking in the room, so I don't think anyone who is sensitive can sleep. I can hear a lot of noise from the window, but the sleep is on the dark side, so I just slept well (there are earplugs in the house). It takes 10 minutes? 15 minutes on foot to Hoan Kiem South corner. You have to walk at least 30 minutes to get to the north night market I stayed one night while going to Phu Quoc, but it's good for the price. It's really the same as the picture. The host is friendly and communicates very well.

This was the only place we could find quickly close to Aeon Mall for a night which was convenient and it worked for us. Communication was great and the host helped us order some pizza.

nice clean place ... host also so nice and give quick response just one thing is it little bit far from old quter so you have to take grab all the time but so nice peacefully very secure place
