Chandler's Rest is an utter gem if you're looking for a peaceful farm stay in the beautiful countryside! The house has been restored meticulously to its former glory with renovations making for a very comfortable, clean and modernised stay - the photos really don't do it justice. When we walked through the door all we could say was 'wow'! We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sunset, listening to and spotting cows and kangaroos on the property, while winding down to take in the gorgeous surrounds. The kitchen was well equipped that we were able to cook and have most meals at home. We cannot recommend staying here enough!

We loved this place! We were looking for something more halfway between Sydney and Melbourne but fell for this place and just had to book. We’re glad we did. The bed was super comfy and the standard was well above most pet friendly place. We only stayed the night and didn’t really use the kitchen. Our only concern was that our dog is petrified of the wind turbines and even though they were far away in the distance, it made her freak out and not want to be outside. Rachel said she hadn’t had other dogs react like that (including her own), so think it could be just our dog being a bit weird. 🫣 We arrived after midnight and Dean was still up to ensure we found the place ok. Highly recommend it! Thanks Rachel and Dean!

We had an amazing stay over the Easter weekend at this wonderful place. The gardens are magnificent and we had the pleasure of being joined by echidnas, kookaburras and kangaroos within the backyard. The house was spacious and comfortable.

Excellent place to stay at. The place was exactly what we needed except when we arrived, only 2 of the listed 3 bathrooms were available. This was outside Bilal’s control as one of the bathrooms had issues around Christmas time making it hard to get trades to come in a fix in time. There were some small bugs around the house but this is all part of nature when you’re in the country so no big deal at all! The house was beautiful and exactly as described. It was well equipped for us to enjoy some family meals in.

Not our first visit to Kellie's place but loved it this time as much as the first. The house if beautiful & makes you feel right at home, the little touches make all the difference. Lots of breakfast options & special treats. The backyard is just perfect for our dogs to run around in.

The Shearing Shed is a whimsical delight. It is exactly as you see in the photos. It’s spacious and the king bed is soooo comfortable. It’s rustic and charming and very relaxing. We happened to visit when Cowra was nudging 40c and the powerful a/c unit kept the whole shed perfectly cool. Viv was a fantastic host welcoming us in person, gave us the low down on the place and the local area and even called and booked us into a restaurant for our Saturday night. Their friendly animals wander about and will check in you occasionally (dogs Peter and Simba, cat Bob and the 2 horses. One of whom George visits each morning). Fantastic stay, highly recommended.

Rangers Lodge is an absolutely stunning place to stay. The two fireplaces make the house feel extra cozy and homey and the kitchen is so beautiful. The views are a definite plus and added to the peaceful feeling of the property. Myself and my guests also all slept fantastically on the extremely comfortable beds and loved the amount of natural lighting in the house. Leticia is a wonderful host, super responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be staying again!

Emily was thoughtful and accommodating host, place was nice and clean, great mattresses and bed linen was fresh and cozy. kitchen was clean and all the dishes was good withouth greasy feel to it. House had spectacular view. Only one thing for me, I wish property had trees that change colour in autumn as it would definitely add charm to it, may be in future 😊

Angela's place was a true gem! The stone cottage was gorgeous, with breathtaking views and sunsets that we couldn’t get enough of. The swimming pool and spa were perfect, we spent every day enjoying them. Angela was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It’s definitely a place I’ll be returning to!
