Newly renovated apartment near slope 10 beds, Åre Tegefjäll

Newly renovated apartment with 10 beds, two four-bed rooms with bunk beds and one room with a double bed. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Small sauna, washing machine, drying cabinet. Free WiFi, Well-equipped kitchen. Nice views of the river, mountains and Åre. Free parking. 150 meters to hill and Tege/Duveds ski system. Shop and restaurant are in the area, as well as ski bus to Åre and Björnen. Final cleaning included in the price. Rented in the first place weekly, other rental lengths according to agreement. The whole house can be rented, total 18 beds.

Rent my newly-built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives that cabin feeling you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Newly built apartment in Tegefjäll. Super fresh apartment from 2017 with ski in ski out location and only 25 meters to Gunillbacken. Planned with 3 bedrooms, two smaller with bunk beds (80 cm) and one larger with double bed (180 cm). The kitchen is equipped for 8 people. The apartment is located on the mezzanine level. All those who rent the apartment must be at least 30 years old, unless there are children in the company of the guardian. No smoking or pets allowed. Parking space with heater and lockable ski storage available.
