Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Modern and nice apartment in a south-facing location high up in Tegefjäll. Fantastic view over Åredalen. Only 50 meters to the nearest piste. Two bedrooms with bunk beds (2x 90 cm) and one bedroom with double bed (160 cm). Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with washing machine & dryer. Fireplace, WiFi, ski storage, parking space with engine heater outlet. In Tegefjäll there is a restaurant, convenience store, ski rental, ski pass sales and free ski bus to Åre, which you can reach in 10 minutes

Newly built in family-friendly Tegefjäll/Åre

Newly produced apartment of 75 sqm fully equipped with wood stove and sauna. The apartment is located right next to the children's slope and near the chairlift in Tegefjäll. Tegefjäll and Duved's ski system are connected and offer fantastic skiing for the whole family without long queues. The area also offers nice hiking in the mountains. In close proximity to the apartment there is ski rental, ski pass sales, mini life shop and restaurant. Free ski buses run daily between Åre and Tegefjäll.

Very nice apt with 8 beds, a quadruple room with bunk beds and two rooms with a double bed. Two bathrooms with a shower and WC. Sauna, washing machine, dryer, drying cabinet. Free WiFi, Well-equipped kitchen. View over river, mountains and Åre. Free parking. 150 m to the hill and Tege/Duveds ski system. Shop and restaurant in the area, ski bus to Åre and Björnen. Final cleaning is included in price. Rented weekly, other length by agreement. The whole house can be rented, total 18 beds.
