We welcome you to enjoy a private sanctuary located in Gossamer Grove, a newly constructed neighborhood that is peaceful and safe. This one bedroom apartment suite is a great place for family and professionals. There are multiple parks inside the community that offer it all-from a game of pickleball, basketball, tennis, dog parks included too! The home is conveniently located near the 99 and 5 freeways, minutes from the Meadows airport and 10 minutes away from downtown Bakersfield. Golf anyone?
