The group will have easy access to everything they need in this place with an excellent location. Near Costa das Baleias Hospital. Downtown, supermarket, restaurants, bars, Uneb college, BR101 quick access. Paved street, security with night patrol. Garage for 01 hatchback car. I don't accept animals. Air conditioning and all household utensils.
