The Garden Room

The Garden Room is our wee sleepout that overlooks our peaceful garden, which can be appreciated during all seasons of the year. Conveniently located just off the highway, with plenty of quiet street parking. It’s only about a 5min walk to Countdown/Warehouse, a 15min walk from downtown, & about 10 to the botanical gardens & hospital. The kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, kettle, hot plate, and air fryer/electric oven. You will likely meet our friendly cat, Murphy! X2 bikes if requested

Picturesque one bedroom self contained cottage

Situated on the Inland scenic route [High way 72] and only a short drive to Mount Hutt ski field and the Ashburton Lakes /Lord of the Rings country.For a longer drive Geraldine is only 30 minutes away and the Gateway to the beautiful Southern Lakes . The cottage accomodation is totally private set in a beautiful garden setting in the grounds of the historic school house built in 1876. 20 minutes to Methven and 1 hour to Christchurch international Airport. Not suitable for infants/children.

Mahina Cabin - 1 Bedroom

Mahina Cabin was used by the owner to live in prior to building our residence on this 5500sqm site. It is 10m from our Mahina Cottage and 15m behind our house. It is cosy, private, has plenty of parking and has all that is needed for a quiet getaway while enjoying our little piece of paradise here in Twizel, the heart of the Mackenzie Country. The grounds have been landscaped with mainly native plantings to enhance the privacy and views. The owners live on site and operate a native nursery.

Twizel retreats - GH Cottage

This newly built cottage is located in a peaceful and remote location. Guests will have sole occupancy of the cottage. It has a great mountain view with a beautiful dark night sky reserve. It's only a 45min drive to Mt Cook National Park and a 10min drive to Lake Pukaki. It is air-conditioned and provides all the necessary amenities and essentials to make your stay feel like home. Comes with two bedrooms; one with a large and comfy King bed, and the other with two King Single beds.

Bedeshurst bnb- countryside stop 10km from Fairlie

Bedeshurst bnb is a cosy, private studio unit which is situated on our farm in South Canterbury. We are in the countryside, an 8-10 minute drive from the small town of Fairlie on a gravel/shingle no-exit road. We do not live in Fairlie township, so if you want to be right beside the supermarket - don’t book here. We live in a beautiful, quiet part of the country and the unit has amazing views across our farm and to the mountains beyond. Our farm has great walking and biking tracks.

There is a toaster, kettle, microwave, small fridge, cutlery and crockery provided. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. Linen is provided alone with 2 towels, 2 faceclothes and a hand towel. There is off street parking and it is about a 10 min walk into the township or to the river.
