Self contained apartment with ensuite & kitchen

Nestled under the Wrekin this lovely flat is very well located and is handy for both business and leisure purposes. It is 5 minutes drive from the M54 and a 10 minute walk from Wellington train station and to Princess Royal Hospital. It is a 15 minute drive to Telford industrial parks and Telford International Centre. It is also a twenty minute drive to historic Ironbridge Gorge and its museums as well as medieval Shrewsbury. Our house is situated in a prime quiet residential street.

Welcome to little Rosie a one double bed space (not 2 beds) , situated in our courtyard garden. Compact kitchen (microwave, no oven) but we are also five minutes walk from Newport High Street with an ever growing option of cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as Waitrose. Little Rosie has off street parking, is five minutes drive from Harper Adams and within very easy reach of Lilleshall Sports Centre, Weston Park and Telford. Two pubs are on your doorstep and both offer a warm welcome.

The cottage is recently renovated, and provides a cosy rural retreat, whilst being within close proximity of Wellington, Telford and Shrewsbury. The cottage is set in the foothills of the Wrekin. There are numerous walks directly from the cottage, up the Wrekin and in the adjacent Ercall wood. The cottage is ideally located for visiting the Ironbrige area, and the Welsh boarders. As well as being a short drive from the business centres for those travelling for work purposes.
