Charming & Central 3 Bed Leafy Escape

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this central beautiful suburb by the river. A quick 10 minute drive will get you into the city and just a short drive to the Tennis Arena. Cute Cafe's and restaurants are all around and we can provide a list of great local recommendations. If youre not in the mood for the local cafe's, we have an amazing Espresso machine in house so you can try your own luck at Latte art. There are also 2 mountain bikes to make use of, if you so wish.

This beautiful eco tiny house is a modern version of the traditional Australian shed. It is built entirely by hand, complete with restored furniture & bamboo floors. Surrounded by greenery, it is split-level, with a mezzanine bedroom, small modern kitchen & bathroom. Its private but not totally secluded as you will sometimes see one of us walk past. NB: Brisbane can be hot & humid from November to March. There is a fan but no air conditioning, so this may be a consideration for some guests.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.
