The property is new, a 2024 newcomer. The location of the plot is 20-30 km from the village centers on the shore of Lake Äkäsjärvi in the middle of the Ylläs, Pallas, Olos and Levi fells. This unique place has a modern style all its own. The color scheme is calm, the textiles are made of natural materials and all the items are new. Despite its small size, the 30m2 cottage has everything you need: Wi-Fi, fireplace, electric sauna, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, microwave, raclette; hair dryer, ironing equipment; hiking boots and snowshoes for two.

It spans 80m² and is located in a peaceful setting, directly adjacent to forest and cross-country ski trails. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage is a convenient trip to many fells in Pallas- Yllästunturi National Park. Levi is 15 minutes away. The cottage has sleeping areas in the loft. Cleaning can be purchased at an additional cost of €70. Linens are not included. Linens/ towels can be purchased for an additional cost of €15/ set. The host lives with his family in the vicinity of the cottage/ in the same yard, and they also have dogs of their own.

Located in a quiet outer district! Use of the private sauna is possible between 4 pm and 8 pm. Cost: 20 euros in cash or MobilePay per sauna session! Bath towels are ready in the sauna, you would have to bring your own shower shampoo! Report 2 hours in advance so I can prepare the sauna. Thanks! You can use the hot tub during your stay. To fire it up with wood, to the desired temperature, you need about 6-8 hours. Cost: 40 euros for water and wood!
