Ninho dos Avós is a quiet retreat located in the beautiful rural parish of Santa Bárbara, which belongs to the municipality of Angra do Heroísmo. Here you can enjoy country life and its tranquility. You will have magnificent views of the green countryside with the sea in the background, and you can also see the neighbouring islands of Pico and São Jorge. Ninho dos Avós, as the name implies, was the house where our grandparents lived. We have many good memories here, where we were happy with them and didn't know it.

Apartment inserted in a traditional house rehabilitated in 2018, with contemporary and comfortable decor, opening to a cosy patio. The main theme is the photography – black and white photos of Ana Esquível from the 80s – of people and places in the Azores. Ripped spans allow an interesting communication between the outside and the inside of the house, plenty of natural light by day and intimate lighting at night, in which patio and living room are integrated.
