It's a family duplex used by our children during the university year. My spacious 3 bedroom flat has everything you need for your trip in Angers. On the first floor ( set above street level ), I'm offering one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with a dining and living area, wifi and washer/dryer. And on the second, there are the 2 other bedrooms, 1 toilet and a bathroom Being at a walking distance of both the train station and the town center, it also has its own private parking spot.

On the first floor of a very recent residence with elevator, our luxury "Botanica" apartment will seduce you with its location, calm and private terrace. A free parking space is reserved for you in the basement. - The "Les Hauts de Saint-Aubin" tram station is a 3-minute walk from the property. - Place du Ralliement and the train station are 20 minutes away by tram. (line A)

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.
