Spacious 3 bedroom entire flat above a family-run local pub. Situated close to the train line into central London, our lovely flat is above our pub and close to Hampton Court Palace, Bushy Park and Kingston upon Thames. Our pub sits half way down a quiet, residential street on the edge of the village of Thames Ditton. With 3 bedrooms, our flat is suitable for groups of up to 6 people, or families. Being above a pub, you can enjoy a meal and/or a drink downstairs. Sofa bed available on request.

Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. However, please note - Hampton Court is not in London and if you want to be close to London we may be too far for you. There is railway station which is about a 10 - 15 minute walk away and the line takes you to London Waterloo (a 35 minute journey).
