The area is renowned for its water activities which include fishing, boating, sailing and scuba diving.Hill walking trails and cycling are also very popular.

All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Babes Cottage

Our cottage is nestled in the beautiful Slieve Blooms mountains. This cottage boasts a traditional thatched roof surrounding by fantastic countryside. The cottage features two cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds and soft linens. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up hearty meals with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Warm up by the fireplace in the inviting living room, where you can curl up with a good book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.

LakeLands harbour cabin

Private Log Cabin, fronting on to the lake with access to private harbour. Surrounded by mature woodlands, this modern but cosy cabin is positioned on Eastern Shores of Lough Derg, by Garryknnedy. Perfect for holidays at anytime of the year,it's a heaven for fishermen and nature lovers. Excellent for water sports, local forest walks, pony trekking, and relaxation. Makes great holiday base for families, or those who want to get away from it all.

Situated 2 min from Exit 23 off the M7 Motorway on the outskirts of the village of Moneygall where the pub and shop are within walking distance.
