Excellent stay in this very beautiful welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very beautiful and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Lovely little house in the owners' garden, right next to a beautiful pool. Absolutely quiet, no noise for a total rest. A very well equipped and cozy accommodation. The hosts are very welcoming and pleasant. A few minutes' drive from the pretty port of La Roche-Bernard.

We had a lovely stay. You are in the middle of the city and yet surrounded by nature. The tree in front of the balcony is breathtakingly beautiful and gives a lot of peace. Good communication, clean, a very pleasant place!! Highly recommend. We would definitely come back.

My stay with Olivier was perfect! 3 nights in total but I could have stayed a lot more and I plan to go back next time. The apartment is very clean, everything is there (except sheets but it is indicated before booking). A great U market is 10 minutes away not even by car, 15-20 by bike. Lots of cool walks to do in the area, and especially the apartment is very close to the port so perfect to meet right away facing the water. Personal wishlist for the apartment, large kitchen/dining/living room that opens onto a small terrace that overlooks a great view! I recommend 👌

Convenient accommodation because everything is within walking distance and close to the beach. Key box system that offers flexibility and autonomy. The parking space right across the street is very nice because it's difficult to park in the city. The accommodation which has 2 bedrooms is convenient and comfortable. bright and pleasant terrace.

We had a great time in Maximilien's cocoon! The decor is great, the accommodation is impeccable, comfortable and very well equipped. Communication with Maximilien went very well and he provided us with good places. The apartment is located a few minutes walking from the center of Carnac city. The hot tub is a nice plus!

Very comfortable apartment, close to the city center, harbor and beaches. Easy walking distance. Maybe just a dishwasher is missing, but services are quite at the expected level.

The Appartement is very nicely decorated and provides everything you need. It is located directly at the beach with a large terrace with sunbeds and a stunning view. There are plenty of restaurants ands shops in walking distance. We had a fantastic time and we can definitely recommend it. A real favorite for this home! The neat decoration and warm atmosphere, combined with impeccable cleanliness, make it a good place to meet. The location by the sea is simply ideal: breathtaking scenery, coastal path at the back of the garden, and easy access (private parking in the condominium) made our stay even more magical. Excellent stay at Benjamin's who is very helpful and responsive. The location of the accommodation is amazing close to the sea and the terrace is true more on sunny days. I recommend it.
