Absolutely the BEST butcher/ meat market in the Hudson valley! They smoke meats in-house. Talk about fresh bacon for breakfast or burgers and steaks for the grill! They have other authentic German foods as well, and best part is, the owners run the place and are the nicest people!!

Open Thursday-Sunday, this smokehouse offers high quality meats, cheese and sausages. Perfect for anyone interested in cooking during their stay. Their fresh pretzels are another reason to stop by on your way up the mountain!
