Whatever you do in Bucksport, you absolutely must take a walk down Riverwalk. Beautiful flowers and plantings frame a stunning view of Penobscot River Basin, Fort Knox, and the bridge over the Penobscot Narrows.

Beautiful mile-long brick walkway along the Penobscot River. There are monuments with historical facts and points of interest along the way. Plenty of benches and a few picnic tables. View of the Penobscot Narrows Bridge Observatory and Fort Knox.
