path through the wood runs from opposite Bridge Road in Ansdell, parallel to train route>Lytham train Station, thick woodland, well maintained, picnic seating. Halfway through is exit to Lytham Hall

Beautiful wood that runs from Ansdell to Lytham, a scenic stroll approximately 20 minutes walk to reach Lytham from Ansdell. Named after the favourite horse of the clifton family called "the witch" who died in 1888 her gravestone can be seen in there.
