About this place
At Searcys St Pancras Brasserie, chef Colin Layfield has created an all-day menu focused around the UK’s finest seasonal produce. Breakfast highlights include Rainy Lane yoghurt, spiced Williams pear, and John Ross Jr smoked salmon, while lunch and dinner features Creedy Carver chicken and leek pie and a 45-day house-aged Lake District Rib of beef on the bone. Designed in Art Deco style by Martin Brudnizki, the restaurant has a variety of flexible spaces perfect for get-togethers and informal meetings, including The Glass Room, a semi-private area that seats 18.
