The Finger Lakes National Forest is a United States National Forest that encompasses 16,259 acres of Seneca and Schuyler counties, nestled between Seneca Lake and Cayuga Lake in the Finger Lakes Region of the State of New York. We love exploring the countless trails and finding new running routes each time we visit. These trails are a great option to avoid crowds, since they're usually less popular than the ones with waterfalls at nearby State Parks. Cell service in this area is not great, so we recommend looking up the trails on a local map or the All Trails app before heading out!
