博多ラーメンが有名ですが、同じくらい地元の人々に愛されているのが「長浜ラーメン」です。極細麺に絡む濃厚な白いスープは、元は長浜ラーメンの特徴でした。長浜ナンバーワンは昭和46年に屋台として誕生し、その当時から変わらない味をお楽しみいただけます。 Hakata ramen is famous, but it is "Nagahama ramen" to be loved equally by local people.
