A lake near Mexico City (like one and a half hour) to practice skiing (a lot of competitions happens here) and different water activities. It's a beautiful experience to rent a boat at sunset. You can stay all day in one of the many beach clubes (in most you have to pay cover) with music, food and drinks. Visit Jardines de Mexico or Xochicalco the archaeological zone. Also there is a lot of fun: skydiving, bungie, hot air balloons, ultralight airplane. Tequesquitengo has delicious food of all kinds and prices.
