If you are looking for a little bit of a drive, this is an experience you should have. Three Forks is a town of only 2,000 people but boasts being right next to Headwaters State Park (this is where the Madison, Gallatin, and Jefferson rivers form the Missouri). We recommend going for a walk around the park and then checking out this small-town cafe. Nothing special but tasty food and diner atmosphere.

For casual breakfast, lunch, or dinner, The Iron Horse Cafe and Pie Shop next door is a good choice; the Three Forks Café has similar food and a nice outdoor patio. It is located across the street by the flower shop.
