Fantastic place to see polish transformation. Time stopped here - this place still remember communism. If you look sth different go next door to Batida-capitalism is waiting for you.

Dairy bars are fast-food Polish way - very cheap, very filling, very self-service. Choose your meal, pay, GRAB THE TICKET (important) then exchange it for food at another window. Not vegetarian, tho.
