If you arrive the Stavanger-area without a car and you wonder what to climb next when you are finished with Preikestolen/Pulpit Rock, visit the mountains and hills of Sandnes instead! Dalsnuten has an altitude of 324 m. A refreshing walk through easy terrain to the summit rewards you with a nice view of the Stavanger/Sandnes area. From Sandnes take the bus to Gramstad or Dale. You can also get to this area by boat from Stavanger to Hommersåk.

Dalsnuten is a nice 1 hour hike. The mountain top give you an amazing view over the entire Stavanger region.
