Moderate hike to some very nice views. Also recommend hiking a little further to the ice beds trail. The Appalachian trial is also a short hike from the picnic area.
An amazing geological spot, great for clambering up huge white boulders. It's a tough hike, so make sure you're prepared. The Appalachian Trail runs through it.
White Rocks Recreation Area Trail via Long Trail/Appalachian Trail. 3.9 mile, moderately trafficked out and back trail near Wallingford, VT. Features a waterfall and is rated as moderate.
