Rocky Beach at high tide with sand at low tide. Popular scuba and snorkeling location. Check out Sunday night free summer band concerts that start at 7 pm (Rockport Legion Band).

Rocky beach can be difficult to venture out into the ocean. Scuba divers & snorkelers love this secluded treasure. Everyone else (not so much) 15 min walk. 3 min drive w/ metered street parking.

Only a block away past Front Beach, back beach is the location of the bandstand for Sunday band concerts starting in July. The beach offers water access at the end for kayaks or scuba divers.

“My favorite place to get breakfast. About a five minute walk from Tuna Wharf. A cute and cozy diner overlooking the harbor. I have had chocolate chip pancakes and waffles on multiple visits. Always delicious and very inexpensive. Bring cash as they do not do plastic.”

“Great breakfast and lunch place that is less than a minute walk away at the end of the street. Their breakfast is particularly good. They also have a "To Go" window for beach food like fried clams, sandwiches and salads. ”
