What I like most about this place are the local events. There is a farmers market every Tuesday year round and Thursday evenings in the spring. Thursday night also offers live music. “This is our backyard. Hiking trails with views of Mt. Diablo to the Bay! Cows and newts roam around and horseback riders use this park too. Not to be missed if you love nature. Sometimes there's a fee if the booth is attended, I think it's $5.00 or $10.00. Plenty of parking at any entrance you choose, there are at least 3. Ask for more details.”
