Great Wine Bar with food for lunch or casual dinner, and you can sit outside on the terrace with a fabulous view. There is also a café downstairs with takeout, that you can enjoy on the terrace (think coffee, breakfast or light lunch)

Iconic lookout from Katoomba. Great views of the Three Sisters and local bushwalks abound. Accessible by train and bus.

Echo Point / Three Sisters This is the most famous lookout in the mountains. With its expansive views over the Jamison Valley and super easy access, almost every visitor to the mountains stops here. The key to enjoying the view from this, the most popular lookout in the Blue Mountains, is timing. Arrive early, before 10am or late, after 5pm for the best chance of having the place to yourself. The lookout is lit at night so if you are staying in the area overnight pop back after dinner to experience a different view. Accessibility: Flat, wheelchair friendly access from the car park Google map reference: Echo Point Lookout

Echo Point lookout is on the traditional land of the Gundungurra and Darug People. Perched on the edge of the escarpment, in Katoomba and it has panoramic views of the Jamison Valley and the iconic Three Sisters. It is the gateway to many great walks, from the easy pathway that leads out to the Three Sisters to the more challenging Giant Stairway which leads you down almost 1,000 stairs to the valley floor below. If you have the time, Prince Henry Cliff walk connects Echo Point to Leura Cascades and takes you past many scenic lookouts along the cliff edge. While you are there, call into the Echo Point Visitor Centre and get advise from a local on what there is to do and see in the area.
