Rent a Bixi Bike at any station and ride along the trail in old port. It's beautiful and cheap. Note after 30minutes you have to put back the bixi at the station but you could take another one 5 minutes after.

One minute away from home, discover the river with its pedestrian area perfect for walks of jogging. There are many attractions there. Enjoy! :)

Wonderful way to spend the day walking around and taking in the sights of Old Montreal. 5 minute walk from my location.

Very nice spot for a walk. You can take the promenade to get to Montreal Old Port center.
