The ACTe Memorial or “  Caribbean Center for Expressions and Remembrance of the Slave Trade and Slavery  ” is a memorial . It is located in the bay of the port of Pointe-à-Pitre ,  Guadeloupe , on the site of the former Darboussier sugar factory .
