You can catch a bus from Waitakere Township to Swanson Train Station. However it is only a 5 minute drive to Swanson Train Station and trains run on weekdays ever 10 minutes.

All day breakfast which is highly recommended especially the eggs Benedict. They also have a market here on the first Sunday of every month
