Upscale, excellent restaurant, fantastic steaks and pastas. $45 for their Manzo filet mignon, but worth every penny. Downtown beside City Hall.

Casa Domenico serves really good Italian food, although it is a bit pricy. If you get window seats, you can view the amazing City Hall while enjoying your meal.
