Great sushi and home of the unique sushi pizza. Half a block away on Government and Fisgard. Big glass windows for people watching while you eat.

Some of the best sushi around. Their secret menu isn't secret anymore, but don't miss the Sushi Pizza, the Islander roll and the highlander roll!

I love the sushi here! Known for the "Highlander Roll" and located just outside the entrance to Chinatown. If you love tempura rolls and rolls to indulge in.......Ask for the "Jimmy special rolls". There are two, and the waitresses will let you know the ingredients. Jimmy is one of the owners and has to be working in order to get these rolls :-) * A little secret ** shizensushi.ca $

Delicious sushi! Local favourite. The use real crab and wild Sockeye Salmon. Street parking only, which is free after 6pm. Fav picks: Seared scallops; sunomono salad; Islander roll; spicy scallop roll; chicken karage; agedashi tofu. If you like garlic you'll prob love the Highlander roll. They open for lunch and dinner; closing at 9pm. Fyi, most places in Victoria close at this super early time so if you're a late eater, plan ahead.
