Taguchi-Ya Canteen (Flour & Rice) is an authentic Japanese canteen with simple and delicious dishes prepared to order. The set menu changes weekly offering meat, fish, or vegan options, as well as side dishes and kids' meals. Great value for money. I think Flour & Rice was also a bakery in the day pre-COVID. It no longer does pizza as the photo suggests!
