Beautiful place, only 5 - 10 minute walk. In the summer it's a great place to cool down in the river Test.

You can park at the Wherwell side of Chilbolton Common, or the Chilbolton side (just past Chilbolton Village shop). Easy, flat walk and bridges across the water meadows. Stop for a coffee at the shop or a drink and food at the Abbott's Mitre.
