Kent avenue has a great bike path that will get you to Williamsburg in about 10 minutes.

Running and bike lane on the water front. On grand street there is a small park, and further up on N5 street there is a big park with weekend markets, and the Ferry stops there too.

If you want a quiet moment and a crazy view, this is the place you're looking for. Walk to Kent Ave & Grand St... There is a secret spot near the water where you can sit down, meditate, read a book, take amazing photos or just drink your morning coffee.
