Don't let the rundown appearance of this place fool you. Some of the best Asian food court stalls in Richmond are "hidden" in this old establishment. Must visit: Peanut's Bubble Tea and get their wheel cakes. Honorable mentions: Chef Liu Kitchen, Potelicious.
