After focusing on Asian flavors at Other Mama and Hatsumi, Dan Krohmer turns to Mexican cuisine for his third Las Vegas restaurant. La Monja is effectively a sister concept to Hatsumi at Fergusons Downtown -- an old motel property that's slowing being reinvented as a social hub and event space.
