A great place to see wildlife, mainly birds, but I have seen a stoat on a couple of occasions! There is quite often a coffee van & numerous events throughout the year.

Beautiful water park. Popular with families, dog walkers, runners and as a gate way to the trans pennine trail

Beautiful lake which can be accessed from the Ees at the bottom of Beech Road (30 mins walk), or at the bottom of Maitland Avenue (5 minutes walk).
