La chiesa di San Francesco è un piccolo angolo gotico di eccezionale fascino tra i fasti del barocco e le contaminazioni arabo-normanne che caratterizzano le altre chiese cittadine. L'interno rivela una ricca decorazione di stucchi serpottiani, di marmi policromi e di affreschi di Pietro Novelli.

A pochi passi da noi una piccola piazza per grandi sorprese. Se avete la fortuna di trovare la Basilica aperta, entrate a dare un'occhiata...non ve ne pentirete!
