国指定重要無形民俗文化財。 鵜飼とは、鵜を使って鮎などを獲る漁法です。 長良川で毎年5/11から10/15まで、中秋の名月と増水時を除く毎夜行われます。 1300年の歴史があり、現在は古典漁法を今に伝える観光となっています。 1人の鵜匠が一度に、12羽もの鵜を操りながら漁を行います。 クライマックスの総がらみは、6隻の鵜舟が横隊になりとても幻想的です。 乗合船：3100円～
